How to Open an FTP Session with Internet Explorer

Did you know you can open an FTP session right from your browser?

In the Address field, type the following string:

ftp://userid:password@ftp.domainname.com

• where userid = your publishing User ID
• where password = your publishing Password
• where ftp.domainname.com = your ftp domain name (your domain name proceeded with ftp.)

Press enter. 

The browser will then display your folders and their contents.
