Netscape Messenger

1. Open Netscape Messenger.
2. From the main menu, click Edit, then Preferences.  The Internet Accounts window appears

 4.   Enter your mail server name in the Server name field ( it will be like mail.yourdomain.com ).

 5.   Select POP3 as the mail server in the Server Type Field.

 6.   Enter your user name in the User Name field. (note: your mail server "whoever:yourdomainname.com" (or .org, .net - whatever your domain name extension is.  Example, Joe at webpanache.com would be joe:webpanache.com.) Click the OK button.

 7.   Enter your outgoing mail (SMTP) server (see above). It will start with mail.yourdomainname.extension ( for example: mail.webpan.com ).

 8.   Enter your outgoing mail server user name. this will be just like the user name in step 3 (see above).

 9.   Click the "ok" button on the screen.  That's it!
