Creating a Guestbook with FrontPage1. In the FrontPage Editor go to the File menu and select "New"The following dialog box will open.
2. Select the "Guest Book" entrySelecting the guestbook entry will create a guestbook html document for you which you may modify as desired. The entries are stored in a separate document and included in the guestbook page as an "include file". To modify any of the guestbook parameters, right-mouse click on the include file and select the options you desire. 3. Using FrontPage 98? Read our GuestBook ProblemsThe Guestbook feature in FrontPage 98 has some read/write "bugs" or issues which must be addressed for it to work properly. Before publishing, follow the instructions outlined in our Guestbook Problems page. By following these instructions, your guestbook will automatically update. Without this fix your guestbook will only update when you publish. |
