Isn't this just a wonderful experienc? one that I certainly would not want to live without. My American Husband and I (A Danish girl) met in EuroDisney, Paris, France, both working there. WEll, Cupid plays games, and does so extremely well with the help of Mickey Mouse.... We were quick to move in together, and have stayed together ever since. We have had the luxurous experience of not one, but TWO weddings, in the fact that we got married cilvil here in the US for immigration purposes, and then had the blessing of the church in Denmark. I must say that there are more similarities between Denmark and the US than I had ever imagined. Of cause, it helps that my husband has an inate interest for anything European (Languages, culture, history, you name it), and thus very easyly understands my "problems" of not being "home". I wish for everyone to experience a marriage of dual nationalities. It is a challenge, certainly, but again, I have to say, not one I would live withou!
