I am from the U.S and married to a French man. In talking with other people about the French I have discovered that people either love them or hate them! There seems to be no in between! It's rather insane. :) Personally I don't see how one can conclude that "all French people are the same." On my visit to France I met many different people with different types of personalities, just like with any nationality. :)
