Do you know if the 41 day rule applies if one of the people getting married is french? My boyfriend (who is frencch, but is currently living and working in CA) and I want to get married in France. We work as well and would not be able to live there for 41 days. All of the information that I have found so far mentions the 41 day rule in conjunction with 2 US citizens wanting to marry in France. Do you have any information? (By the way--this website is great!!!)
