Shannon, have you ever read any of MFK Fisher's writings about living in France? I recommend them. Your site is quite lovely. I'm just marrying a fellow American, though sometimes it seems we're from difference cultures. (I've got a Master's degree and he didn't even graduate from high school; I love cultural activities and he's into motorsports.) I spent a lot of time abroad, mostly in Latin America, but would never have married a Latino. I adore them, but in my gut, do not trust them.
