Connie Clark, second daughter of Anne and Frank Clark, was born in 1954 in Syracuse.  She attended elementary school at St. Ann's, and graduated in 1972 from Corcoran High School.  Connie went on to Marywood College in Scranton, PA, graduating with a degree in English in 1976.  While at Marywood, she met Bob Dalbo.  Bob had grown up in Scranton, and met Connie after his tour of aircraft carrier duty in the U.S. Navy.  Bob and Connie married in 1980.  He earned his B.S. in wildlife biology from Penn State in 1981.  Today, Bob and Connie reside in the Western Tier of New York, near Randolph.  Their son George is a high school student, and daughter Tessie is in junior high.
