UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Born (1937) and raised in Syracuse, Cathy Phillips graduated high school from the Convent Academy.  She received her B.A. from Manhattanville College in 1958, and her M.S. in Education from Syracuse University in 1960.  While working on her masters degree, she taught for several years at Pitcher Hill Elementary School in Mattydale, NY.
