Fly Fishing Video Magazine Vol. 79

The Florida Keys… This is summertime
fishing in the Florida Keys, with Captain Lenny Moffo, Ken Morris and
Steve Lavoie. The bonefish are very large and wary in the Keys, and if
you can catch one, it’s a treat of a lifetime. Capt. Lenny shows you
what excitement can be had chumming up large black tip sharks and
hooking them on the fly can be. These sharks are big! Some approaching
triple digit weight, 5 or 6 feet long. Add to that “junior tarpon”, 20
to 50 pounds or so, and you can easily spend a week chasing your fly up
and down the Keys. Fly Tying… A
unique Moffo pattern, “Lenny’s Back Country Bend Back.” |
